Make your way up to the rear entrance of the cottage via wide steps, landings, to the petit back deck and to the elevated main level of the cottage.
Enter inside to find abundantly rich decor that welcomes you. Unique barn board floors, all railings/trims showcase the 150 year old hand hewn Ontario barn beams. Handmade terra cotta antique Mexican floor tiles, hand hammered copper tub and sinks, hand plastered walls and ceilings bring a touch of old world charm to this fine rustic eclectic retreat.
In the living room, the cathedral ceiling and floor-to-ceiling windows give a breathtaking view of Lake Huron and is the perfect space for you to relax. There is a leather couch and loveseat nestled by the magnificent 2 sided wood-burning fireplace (Living/Master bedroom), a 50″ HD Smart TV hung form a pulley, and a Blu-Ray DVD player, all underneath this stunning chandelier above. Bring along your favorite Blu-Ray movies for family entertainment on a rainy day, or check out the Netflix. Grab a book, this cozy bean bag and nautical reading lamp are ready to wrap you in comfort. Just off the main cottage entrance is a two-piece powder room – enjoy this very unique copper sink on a spalted maple pedestal for your convenience.
The kitchen is a hand crafted Tuscany kitchen with all Professional grade SS appliances, a unique leather finished granite counter, barn board cabinets and a rustic copper range hood to crown it all. An antique solid brass Italian chandelier, a barn pendant over the sink and those pot lights add a bright ambiance. Not to mention the fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher and a bright window over the kitchen sink. The adjacent, rustic harvest table has seating for eight and a view out to the water. Patio doors are located here as well, for convenient access out to the elevated front wrap around deck and to the propane BBQ.

Unforgettable Weekend
At first, during the rental process, our group was already impressed by how the cottage looked just from the picture. But after a 4-hour drive, the moment we step into the cottage, you would realize that the picture is definitely incomparable to how beautiful the cottage is. Everything about the cottage was simply perfect, and you will realize this the more time you spend in it. The owner definitely put a lot of love into this place, as no detail was too small to miss when renovating and furnishing the cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, pans, cups, herbs, and such, as if it was home. The living room was well spaced and have enough room to seat everyone comfortably. The bedrooms were great, especially when most of our group are extremely picky about mattresses, everyone slept soundly and was very happy about the mattresses. The washrooms are clean and spacey. The deck is a beautiful place to look at the sunset, especially when the fencing around the deck is glass, it allows for to just sit and enjoy the undisturbed lake view, without compromising safety.
Our group had an unforgettable weekend at this cottage and we are looking forward to the next time that we will be able to come here again.

Exceeded Expectations
Stayed with our family and friends for a relaxing weekend cottage getaway and Aqorpions Villa definitely exceeded expectations. From the moment you walk through it’s doors, the unique beauty and views from this place are truly stunning. Every corner is clean, well designed, and beautifully structured yet still child friendly, cozy, efficient and everything you imagine a cottage should be. We were provided with everything we needed and most of all the five star hospitality from its owners were very much appreciated. Also conveniently close to all the beautiful attractions Tobermory has to offer. Would definitely go back to this place and recommend it to anyone seeking a luxury cottage vacation.

Absolutely Gorgeous
10 adults, 2 teenagers + 2 kids between the ages of 2-35. Aqorpions villa is the perfect cottage that housed all of us comfortably for our stay up north. It was absolutely gorgeous and just so spacious. The pictures and videos do it no justice. There are so many artistic details and love that was put into the place so you can really tell that Raj, the owner, really loved this cottage since so much care went into building and furnishing it. It was truly a pleasure staying there. The most beautiful place we had the pleasure of sleeping in by far. We adore how the kitchen flows into the deck area where the grill was so that we can just enjoy each other’s company while cooking without it feeling too crowded. The deck is so big that all of us can stand/sit and mill around just enjoying the rays of sunshine that blasted our way during our stay there.
The back yard and lawn was so spacious that we had fun throwing around a Frisbee and mini football with the kids without worrying that we may overstep into neighbors property. The kids just went wild running around the spacious property. There are so many TVs in the place that we were able to watch different shows at the same time when we were trying to wind down from the day of hiking in the grotto near by. We only brought four cars up but the driveway looks like it can easily fit 8. We came to Tobermory to hike the grotto and to see what Bruce Peninsula had to offer but the villa was so beautiful we didn’t ever want to leave!
