Your trip to Tobermory is complete when you are at the Singing Sands beach …a very gentle slope till the water gets deep up to 6 feet or so ….children love to be there and parents can have a Romantic walk as the shallow water assures the little ones will be safe behind…..
Dorcas Bay has a mixed landscape, Form a sandy beach to a Rocky rugged shore…you can say bedrock shores. One thing I personally like about the bedrock shore is the Mother nature won’t erode away so easily….. one enjoys the very unpredictable wave action if you have some limestone rocks around .
Each wave when hits those Limestone Shores, creates a new story. I have spent hours sitting and watching them …well you can say I have been spoiled…. as I’m used to hours looking at the Oceans in my mid 30’s when I was a sailor.
